1. Provider
This online store is operated by Hikari Luna Jewelry, [Your full name], Rue Francillon 26, 2610 Saint-Imier, Switzerland (contact@hikariluna.com). The store runs on Shopify.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in this store. By ordering, you accept them together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Who can order, and where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Switzerland only. Orders for delivery elsewhere will not be accepted. Visitors from other countries are welcome to browse the website. You must be at least 18 or have your legal guardian's consent. Purchases are for personal use, not resale.

4. Products
Every piece is handmade, so small variations in shape, color, and finish are natural. Screens display colors differently, and we try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). [Prices include VAT. / As a small business we are not subject to VAT and charge none.] Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Payment is due when you order, using the methods offered at checkout.

6. Order process and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. You can review and correct your details before submitting. After you submit, you receive an automatic confirmation email that your order was received. The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance by email or ship your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is sold out or a price was clearly wrong. In that case, any payment already made is refunded.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We bear the risk of loss or damage until the parcel is delivered to you. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Warranty for defects
If an item is defective, your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. Please contact us at contact@hikariluna.com promptly after discovering the defect, ideally with photos. Normal wear and tear and damage from improper use are not defects.

10. Liability
We are liable according to the law. To the extent legally permitted, we exclude liability for slight negligence and for indirect damages. Liability for injury to persons, intent, and gross negligence cannot be excluded.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, photos, designs, logos, product designs) belongs to Hikari Luna Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review or photo, you grant us the right to display it on our website and social media. You confirm that you own the content and that it is lawful.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
